 The following shows some example screens from Sourcery Athena Room. The Day View Screen  The day view screen is the main booking screen All bookings are shown and manipulated from this screen. The Booking Properties Screen  The booking properties screen is a single window that displays all the details of the booking from the start and end dates, the customer details and also the billing and outstanding balance for the booking. The Reporting Screen  The reports screen is where you can run reports on the system. These reports can be anything from customer due to check in, to historic reports detailing all bookings made by a particular customer. The Letters Screen  The letter screen is where you can call up different letter templates that are populated from the booking information. These letters can then be printed out to send to the customer. |
